PME Distance Learning Courses
Course 3, Course 15 and Course 14
All three courses are computer-based, self-study programs developed by the Academic Affairs (AA), Barnes Center for Enlisted Education (BCEE) and administered and managed by the Education Logistics and Communication (A4/A6). Course 03 and Course 15 lessons are delivered as PDF files through AUSIS, while Course 14 is a web based product. Course 3 has a series of books that are delivered to each student—however there are no paper products available for Course 15.
All administrative support for PME Distance Learning is provided by the Barnes Center Education Technology Division (BCEE/EDT), including course enrollment assistance, examination scoring, and shipping. The Barnes Center EDT Division is the point of contact to change addresses, have damaged or lost materials resent, or for general course inquiries. Click this link for the e-Campus Support web site: http://www.aueducationsupport.com. NOTE: For fastest results, click "Request Support", "Submit a Ticket" on the top menu.
REMEMBER: EACH REQUEST must include the student’s full name, last four of the social security number, course name/number and the nature of request. After submission, a reference number for the request will be created and a confirmation receipt will be e-mailed. Due to the complexity of some requests along with required research, a response may take several duty days.
The Air University e-Campus Support org box is the only means of communication for student issues and concerns.
Please DO NOT contact 42 CS/SCOV (listed below) as they are not responsible for course support issues.
